Program Overview

By enrolling in NesBuilders Wealth Network ("the Program"), you agree to the following terms and conditions which govern your access to our courses, mentorship, community, and affiliate program.

NestBuilders Wealth Network is an educational platform providing digital marketing training, business growth strategies, and mentorship to help individuals create passive income online.

Payment Terms

All sales are final. Due to the digital nature of our products and instant access to training materials, no refunds will be issued.
You are responsible for ensuring your payment information is valid at the time of purchase.
Payment plans (if applicable) must be completed as agreed. Failure to maintain payment may result in removal from the program, community, or access to future updates.

Course Access

Access to course materials is granted upon successful payment.
You are purchasing a single-user license. Sharing login credentials or distributing course materials without written permission is strictly prohibited.

Purchase Validation

Sharing logins, granting access to others who have not completed a valid purchase, or attempting to bypass the purchase process is strictly prohibited.
Accounts found where the name, email, or purchase receipt does not match our verified records may be permanently revoked without refund.

Pricing Integrity

The NestBuilders Wealth Network program must be promoted only at the officially published pricing provided by NestBuilders.
Affiliates are not authorized to offer discounts, altered pricing, or special deals that deviate from the current program price, unless explicitly authorized in writing by NestBuilders administration.
Any attempt to manipulate pricing, undercut the official sales price, or oversell the product at inflated rates to generate larger commissions will result in immediate termination from the affiliate program and possible legal action.

Unauthorized Resale

This program is not a Master Resell Rights (MMR) product. Affiliates do not own resale rights to the course.
Affiliates may only promote the program through the approved affiliate system provided.
Redistribution, cloning, repackaging, or reselling of course materials is strictly prohibited.

Affiliate Program Participation

Approved affiliates may promote NestBuilders Wealth Network and earn commissions on qualifying sales.
Commissions are paid bi-weekly after a 14-day holding period.
You must maintain an active Wise account to receive automated payouts. If you do not provide valid Wise Payout information, commissions may be delayed.
If refunds occur, corresponding commissions will be reversed.
Affiliates may not engage in unethical marketing tactics including spam, misleading claims, or dishonest representation of NestBuilders Wealth Network.
Affiliates may only resell NestBuilders Wealth Network products through our authorized affiliate program. Unauthorized reselling is prohibited.

Community Standards

Access to the NestBuilders Wealth Network community is a privilege, not a right.
Any member displaying harassment, negativity, hate speech, or toxic behavior may be permanently removed without refund.
This is a positive, growth-driven environment intended to support your success.

Intellectual Property

All content, course materials, designs, templates, and branding are property of NestBuilders Wealth Network.
You may not copy, resell, or redistribute any portion of the materials without written consent.

Income Disclaimer

NestBuilders Wealth Network provides education, tools, mentorship, and training.
Your success depends entirely on your own effort, consistency, and business execution.
We do not guarantee earnings or results.

Limitation of Liability

NestBuilders Wealth Network is not responsible for any loss of business, financial loss, or legal matters that may arise from your participation in the program.
